AN ORDINANCE .SETTING A DATE, TIME AND•PLACE ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY. OF BANGER, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND.
DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGER, TEXAS HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I
On the 20 day of October 1986, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the
City Council Chambers o the Municipal Building of the City of Sanger,
Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all inter-
ested persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annex-
ation by the City of Sanger, Texas of the property described below.
On the 3 day of Nov mb r ,1986, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the
City Counc Chambers o t e Municipal Building of the City of Sanger,
Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all inter-
ested person the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annex-
ation by the City of Sanger, Texas of the property described to -wit:
Being all that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in the H.
Tierwester Survey, Abstract No. 1241 Denton County, Texas, and being
part of a tract shown by deed to Joe R. Falls et ux, recorded in
Volume 591,Page 54, of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas and
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Fails tract, said corner
being in the certer of McReynolds Road, also being on an existing
East line of Sanger city Limits; •
THENCE: South 88 deg. 53 min. 00 sec. East, with the North line of said
Falls tract and. with the center of said road, a.distance of 2412.16 feet
to a corner;
THENCE: South Ol deg. 07 mina 00 sec. West, a distance of 230.00 feet
to a corner;.
THENCE: North 88 deg. 53 min. 00 sec. West, a distance of 130.00 feet
to a corner;
THENCE: North Ol deg. 07 min. 00 sec. East, a distance of 200.00 feet to
a corner on the South line of said McReynolds Road;
THENCE: North 88 deg. 53 min. 00 sec.. West, with the South line of said
Road, a distance of 462.16 feet to a corner;
THENCE: Southwesterly with a curve. to the right having a central angle
of 17 deg. 09 min. 03 sec., a radius of 680.00 feet, a chord of South
09 deg. 41 mina 31 sec. West 202.79 feet, and an arc distance of 203.55
feet to a corner;
.THENCE: South 18 deg. 16 mina 03 sec. West, a distance of 135.00 feet
to a corner;
THENCE: North 71 deg. 43 min. 57 sec. West, a distance of 66.20 feet to
a corner;
THENCE: ,North 88 deg. 53 min. 00 sec. West., a distance of 1050.85 feet
to a corner;.
THENCE: North 61 deg. 23 min. 00 sec.

said Falls tract, a distance of 30.00 feet to
containing 11.951.acres of land.
SECTION II
with the West line of
.the POINT OF BEGINNING,
The Mayor of the City of Sanger, Texas, is hereby authorized and
directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published
once in a newspaper having general circulation in the City and in
the above described territory not more than forty days nor less than
twenty days prior to the date of such public hearing,. all in accord-
ance with the Municipal Annexation Act (Article 970a, Vernon's
Texas Civil Statutes).
SECTION III
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately follow-
ing its passage and approval.
