May 1911 1984 To: Sanger City Council Sanger, Texas Gentlemen: I am selling my home at 210 Houston Street in Sanger. The survey of my lot revealed that the west lot line goes across my swimming pool; the pool extends several feet into the city's property that was never used. The west fence (owned by J. W. Sebastian, L. G. (Red) Gentle and Sharon Edgar) divide my property from Mr. Gentle's and Mr. Sebastian's. Since the abandoned propety has never been used, I ask that you quit -claim that property to me so the property lines will encompass the pool and concide with the existing fence owned by J. W. Sebastian, L. G. (Red). Gentle and Sharon Edgar. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
