are used interchangeably herein, and shall mean a private
club holding a private club registration permit from the
State of Texas pursuant to the provisions of Sections 32®01,
et seq.® of the Alcoholic Beverage Code of the "State of Texas,
and as the same may be hereafter amended,

LE FOR VIOLATION
Any person violating any provision of this Ordinance
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall
be punished as provided by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Code,
as amended, PROVIDED, that in the event that it should be
held that such penalty does not apply to violations of this
ordinance, then such persons shall be fined not less than
One Hundrei ($100.00) Dollars, nor more than Two Hundred
($200.00) Dollars, upon conviction, and each day of such
violation shall constitute a separate offense®
SECTION V .
C IV ID ENFORCEMENT
The criminal penalties set forth. hereinabove in Section.
IV of this Ordinance are not exclusive of other methods of
enforcement of this Ordinance authorized by law, and the
terms, provisions and conditions of this Ordinance may be
enf arced by injunction or any other form of relief authorized
by 1 aw. .
If any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause,,
ra:s,e, or word in this Ordinance, or application thereof to
any person or circumstances is held invalid by any Court of
competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect the
validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance, and the
City Council of the City of Sanger, Texas, hereby declares it
would have enacted such remaining portions despite any such
invalidity®
