AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
OF EQUALIZATION FOR 1979 AND SETTING THE TIME AND
PLACE FOR THE MEETING OF SAID BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'T'HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BANGER, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
Gene Hughes _, Jerry 7enkins ,and Aaron Yeatts ,
each being a qualified voter, a resident of the City of
Sanger, and a property owner of said City, be, and they, are
hereby appointed as members of the Board of Equalization .for
said City of Sanger, for 1979, and said Board of Equalization,
composed of said members, is hereby constituted for 1979.
SECTION 2.
The time and place for the meeting of_ such Board shall be
the 15th day of August 1979 from 9:00 A.M. to
12.00 Noon in the Council Room at City Hall.
