TO THE HONORABLE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS, A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION.
We, the undersigned, are all of the owners of the land
described in Exhibit "A" attached herto. Said land does not
exceed one-half (1/2) mile in width, and is contiguous to and
adjacent to the present City limits of the City of Sanger, Texas.,.
an incorporated city in Denton County, Texas
We, and each of us, further hereby petition the City Council of
the said City of Sanger, Texas, to annex said territory by Ordinance
to the said City of Sanger, Texas, a municipal corporation, as
authorized*by Article 974G, of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas,
and the Municipal Annexation Acts of the State of Texas.
The above described territory, when annexed, taken together
with all other land presently within the City Limits of said City
