hN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD
OF EQUALIZATION FOR 1980 AND SETTING THE TIME AND
PLACE FOR THE MEETING OF SAID BOARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANGER, TEXAS:
SECTION 1.
Jack Armstrong , Aaron Yeatt5 and
Billye Hollingsworth, each being a qualified voter,
a resident of the City of Sanger, Texas, and a property
owner of said City, be, and they are hereby appointed as
members of the Board of Equalization for said City of
Sanger, Texas, for 1980, and said Board of Equalization,
composed of said members, is hereby constituted for 1980.
SECTION 2.
ATTEST:
The time and place for the meeting of such Board shall be
the 13th day of August, 1980 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
in the Council Room at City Hall.
