ORPORATION TO PERMIT ANY PROPERTY, OBJECT OR OBSTRUCqw
PON THE STRERTp SIDEWALK, ALLEYS AND OTHER PUBLIC
ROPERTY OF THE CITY OF SANGER: AND PROVIDING A PENALTY
OR THE VIOLATION THEREOF*
SECTION 1. It s`ha,11 hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to obstruct or encumber, to any extent, any portion of any
street, alley, sidewalk or public ground in the city with lumber,boxes,
timber, firewood, posts, vehicles or anything whatever in any manner
whatever.
SECTION 2. It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to place any barrel or b arels, box or b oxes, wood, mer-
chandise, vehicle or other substances on any sidewalk in the city, so
as to obstruct entirely or in part pasaage along said sidewalk or any
part thereof. No one shall have or maintain any fruit stand, huckster's
stand or other stall on any sidewalk inthe City of Sanger.
SECTION 3. taihhere any such ob jests as menti8ned in Sections 1 and 2
may be found by the City Marshal or reported to him, it shall be his
duty to notify the owner of such objects to remove same immediately
and if such object is not removed immediately it shall be the duty of
City Marshal to file a complaint against the responsible persons or
party.
SECTION 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ord-
inance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
shall be fined, in any sum not to exceed $100.00 and every day such
object remains in or on any street, alley, sidewalk, or public
property shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and shall
be treated as such.
