AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING R BUILDING PERMIT FOR THE CON`"
STRUCTION OR ALTERATION OF ANY BUILDING 4ITHTN THE
CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF BANGER, REQUIRING THE PAYo*
MENT OF A PERMIT FED" AND PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR
THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY. COTTNCTL OF THE CITY OP BANGER, TEAS;
SECTION 1. That it shall hereafter be unlawful for any person to
construct or structurally alter any building within the city limits
of the city of SANGER, Texas, without obtaining a permit therefor
from the City Secretary except where the total cost of such cones
struction or alteration does not exceed W— 00. Application for
such building permit shall be made upon a form furnished by the
city. The permit fe for the issuance of the building permit
shall be. z=
SECTION 2. Nothing contained in this ordinance is intended to
conflict with the fire limits ordinance regulating the construe
tion or alteration of buildings within the fire limits.
SECTION 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con"
viction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed 0100600,
