1. Charles Fenoglio called meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes -December 28, 2000
Joe Falls moved to approve. Jack Richardson seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Zoning Change from Bl (Business 1) to 2F (Two
Family) on property legally described as Original Town Block 79, lot 38. Property is
located on the N.E. corner of Plum and Seventh Streets.
Public Hearing Opened.
Frank Rodgers and Shelley Ruland addressed the Board. Mr. Rodgers indicated they
want to put an attractive town house on the lot. They will have to plat the lot for the
two unit town house according to the city ordinances.
Discussion regarding the lot.
Ms. Ruland indicated it is in a business district right now.
Mark Bulger indicated there is an existing duplex south of this property.
Discussion regarding parking regulations, and the plans for the parking on this lot.
Mr. Rodgers indicated it is currently zoned business, and they could put a metal
building on the lot.
Public hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Zoning Change from Bl (Business 1) to 2F

Jack Richardson moved to approve the request. Ralph Cain seconded. Motion Carried
unanimously.
