1. Co-Chair Ken Perry Called Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes: June 12, 2003
Mike Lawler moved to approve the minutes as presented, Ralph Cain seconded. Motion
carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Replat on Sullivan West, Block 2 Lots IR & 2R.
Property is Located on the Comer of Peach and ,.. Street.
Public Hearing opened.
Robin and Mike Kimberlin spoke in favor of the request. They indicated they would
like to build a 1200 square foot home on the property. They would like to sell the larger
existing home and move to a smaller home.
Public Hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action on Replat on Sullivan West, Block 2 Lots IR & 2R.
Property is Located on the Comer of Peach and 7" Street.
Brief Discussion regarding variances on existing home.
Polly Dwyer moved to approve the replat contingent upon variances being granted on
the existing home as per requested by the City Engineer. Mike Lawler seconded.
Motion Carried Unanimously.
5. Consider and Possible Action on a Final Plat for Redwing Heights, Phase V. Property
is located in the E. T .J. off of F.M. 455 West.
Discussed roads and drainage.
Polly Dwyer moved to approve the Final Plat for Redwing Heights, Phase V. Gail
Goodner seconded. Motion Carried Unanimously.
