1. Shelley Ruland Called meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes: July 17, 2003
Mike Lawler moved to approve the minutes as presented, Ralph Cain seconded.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Replat on Property Legally Described as Lots
SOR-I and S0R-2, Block 25 of the Hampton Addition. Property is located at 310-312
Marshall Street.
Public Hearing Opened.
No Discussion.
Public Hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action on Replat on Property Legally Described as Lots SOR-1
and SOR-2, Block 25 of the Hampton Addition. Property is located at 310-312 Marshall
Street.
Discussion regarding that there is two homes on one lot.
Staff indicated the homes were fairly old and the only reason they were dividing the lots
now is to sell one of the homes.
Brief Discussion.
Ken Perry moved to approve the Replat on Property Legally Described as Lots SOR-1
and SOR-2, Block 25 of the Hampton Addition, Mike Lawler seconded. Motion carried
unanimously.
