I. Chairperson Jenkins called Meeting to Order.
2. Consider and Possible Action on Final Plat for Sable Creek, Phase II, Being39.04 Acres
in the Reuben Bebee Survey, Abstract Number 29, a total of 159 Residential Lots.
Engineer recommends approval for Sable Creek, Phase II.
Discussion about the number oflots. Contractor indicated that they were losing 2 lots
because they were building a retaining wall.
Sable Creek is being built in 3 phases.
City of Sanger has no standards for this project. The City of Plano standards are
acceptable as a default standard for this project. By doing this we won't have to hire
an Engineer to set standards. We will adopt eventually but not at this time.
Ken Wilson asked about a wall between the cemetery.
Mr. January indicated the wall will be a stone walL
Ken Wilson discussed thoroughfare plan.
Discussion.
Ken Wilson moved to approve the Final Plat as presented. Ken Perry seconded.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Consider and Possible Action on Preliminary Plat for Elk River Addition, Block I, Lots
1, 2 and 3, Being 1.027 Acres in the Henry Tierwester Survey, Abstract 1241.
