1. Vice Chairperson, Tommy Kincaid called the meeting to order.
2. Minutes or June 6, 1989 were approved as printed.
3. #5 -Any Other Such Matters:
(a) Vice Chairperson Kincaid mentioned the P & Z Commission
needed to nominate a Chairperson for the P & Z.
Russell Madden made a motion to nominate Tommy Kincaid
to serve as Chairperson. Kenneth Howard seconded. Motion ·
carried.
Russell Madden made a motion to nominate Fred Yeatts to
serve as Vice President for the board. Kenneth Howard
seconded. Motion carried.
4. #3 -Conduct Public Hearing on Final Plat or Willowood Addition.
Chairperson Kincaid opened the Public Hearing to the public.
According to the subdivision ordlnance, City Manager noted that
some items have not been submitted yet. One or the main concerns
is the drainage at the Southeast corner not in property that is
being developed by other property owners. In general, City Staff
and the consulting engineers are in favorable or this project.
Discussion.
Chairperson Tommy Kincaid closed the Public Hearing.

Russell Madden made the motion to approve the
development with a Bluebonnet Access road into the Addition.
Seconded by Charles ICesseler. Motion carried. Five in favor
one against -Kenneth Howard.
