1. Chairperson Beverly Howard called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes: Glenn Shaw made the motion to approve the
minutes as presented Seconded by Andy Garza. One abstain -
Freddy Inman.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Zoning Change Request (105
Acker Street) from Agriculture to B-2 Commercial (Abstract 12410
Tierwester, Sheet 4, Tract 35)
Chairperson Beverly Howard opened the pubic hearing to the public.
Charles Bittle stated that his son, Dr. Bittle, is wanting to build an
annex to his Medical CenterJ The location is the corner of Elm and
Acker. This building will not be an emergency room or a nursing
home. The building will contain a three bed observation center for
residents of Sanger and surrounding regions for 23 hour observational
care.
Discussion.
No one else spoke for or against this request
Chairperson Howard closed the public hearing.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Zoning Change Request ( 105
Acker Street) from Agriculture to B-2 Commercial (Abstract 12410
Tierwester, Sheet 4, Tract 35)

Motion was made by Freddy Inm~ to forward zoning request from
Agriculture to B-2 Commercial to City Council with their
recommendation. Seconded by Glenn Shaw. Motion carried.
