1. Chairperson Beverly Howard called the meeting to order.
2. Freddy Inman made the motion to approve the minutes as printed.
Seconded by Glenn Shaw. Motion carried.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Preliminary Short Form
Subdivision Plat for Darwin Sargent, Freese Drive, Abstract Tract
1241, Lots 1-3, Block A, Sargent Addition, SF-3
Chairperson Howard opened the public hearing.
Bud Hauptman, representing Darwin Sargent, spoke in favor of this
request
Drainage was discussed Possibility of raising elevation to eliminate
any problems which might occur.
No one spoke against this request.
Chairperson Howard closed the public hearing.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Preliminary Short Form
Subdivision Plat for Darwin Sargent, Freese Drive, Abstract Tract
1241, Lots 1-3, Block A, Sargent Addition, SF-3
Motion was made by Glenn Shaw and seconded by Freddy Inman that
this preliminary plat be approved and forwarded to the City Council.
5. Motion was made by Freddy Inman and seconded by Glenn Shaw
to adjourn meeting. Motion carried .
