1. Chairperson Beverly Howard called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes: Motion was made by Jack Richardson to approve
the minutes. Seconded by Mike Rosenberg. Motion carried
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Final Subdivision Plat for
Darwin Sargent, Freese Drive, Abstract Tract 1241, Lots 1-3,
Block A, Sargent Addition, SF-3
Chairperson Beverly Howard opened Public Hearing to the public.
No one was present to speak for or against this request.
Chairperson Howard closed the Public Hearing.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Final Subdivision Plat for
Darwin Sargent, Freese Drive, Abstract Tract 1241, Lots 1-3,
Block A, Sargent Addition, SF-3
City Administrator Hamilton advised that at the last Planning and
Zoning and City Council meeting, the only question that was raised
was the drainage on Lot 3.
The engineer has corrected the flow from flowing southeast; it will
now flow to the north and northwest
All flow will go to Bucklew Street or to Mr. Sargent's adjoining Lot 12.
City Administrator recommended approval
Motion was made by Mike Rosenberg to recommend final plat to City
Council for their approval Seconded by Jack Richardson. Motion
carried.
