1. Chairperson Inman called the meeting to order.
2·. Motion was. made by Mike Rosenberg and seconded by Joe Bell that
the minutes be approved as printed Motion carried
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Request for Dorwin Sargent,
Preliminary Plat on Sargent Subdivision, Phase II, Four Residential
Lots -Located on Freese Drive at David Drive
Chairperson Inman opened the public hearing.
Ernest Hedgcoth with Metroplex Engineering addressed this request
for Darwin Sargent's Preliminary Plat
Brief discussion regarding the size of the sewer, water lines and
the direction of the water flow.
Chairperson Inman closed the public hearing.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Request for Dorwin Sargent,
Preliminary Plat on Sargent Subdivision, Phase II, Four Residential
Lots -Located on Freese Drive at David Drive
Motion was made by Glenn Shaw and seconded by Mary Bell Sims to.
recommend Darwin Sargent's Preliminary Plat on Sargent Subdivision
to the-City Council Motion-carried
5. Motion was made by Glenn Shaw and seconded by Mike Rosenberg
to adjourn. Motion carried
