1. Chairperson Russell Madden called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes -Motion was made by Marry Bell Sims to approve
minutes. Seconded by Peggy Haskins. Motion carried
3. Conduct Public Hearing Regarding Amending the Planning & Zoning
Code
Chairperson Russell Madden declared the Public Hearing open.
City Administrator John Hamilton addressed Planning & Zoning
regarding amending the SF-4 zoning code. The present SF-4 zoning
requires a double car garage.
The change in this zoning would apply only to existing lots. It would
still require property owners through normal public hearing
procedures to apply for zoning change to SF-4A.
Discussion.
Chairperson Madden closed the Public Hearing.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Amending the Planning &
Zoning Code
Motion was made by Peggy Haskins to recommend to City Council that
they accept the Resolution #=R8-94 and the Ordinance #=06-94.
Seconded by Glenn Ervin. Motion carried
5. Any Other Such Matters -None
6. Adjournment -Motion was made by Mary Bell Sims to adjourn.
