Wang, Owners of the Sanger Inn.
Mr. Holman stated the Wangs have asked him to look into
protection of their rights as property owners in respect to
the specific use permit request which will grant a sand and
gravel business.
Mr. Holman stated several issues that would affect the Wang's
property by this type of business.
The physical damage that would be projected by the dust, dirt,
noise, and traffic would directly affect the reduction of
revenues which would have an impact on the hotel occupancy tax
the wangs pay to the City. This amount is projected at
$12,000 to $15,000 annually.
