1. Motion was made by Russell Madden to appoint Mike Rosenberg as Chairperson.
Seconded by Glenn Shaw.
Motion Carried.
Chairperson Mike Rosenberg called meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Glenn Shaw to Approve Minutes of June 1, 1995. Seconded by
Russell Madden.
Motion Carried.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Preliminary Subdivision Plat on Eagle West Ranch
Estates Lots 1 through 12 Block 1 in the M.R. Burleson Survey, Abstract No. 71 and
the McKinney & Williams Survey, Abstract 940 consisting of 4.8743 acres.
Chairperson Mike Rosenberg declared Public Hearing opened.
City Secretary Rosalie Chavez addressed the Board and advised that on July 27, 1995
the City Administrator John Hamilton had answered basically most of the questions the
members and the citizens present had concerning this subdivision. There was not a
meeting as there was no quorum present; however, it was mostly an informative
briefing for those present.
Chairperson Mike Rosenberg declared Public Hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action regarding Preliminary Subdivision Plat on Eagle West
Ranch Estates Lots 1 through 12 Block 1 in the M.R. Burleson Survey, Abstract No.
71 and the McKinney & Williams Survey, Abstract 940 consisting of 4.8743 acres.

Discussion. City Secretary Rosalie Chavez advised that any questions Board members
might still have could be discussed during the second Public Hearing to consider the
Final Approval of Plat
Motion was made by Betty Jenkins to approve recommendation of Preliminary
Subdivision Plat to City Council. Seconded by Mary Bell Sims.
Motion Carried
