1. Chairpenon Russell Madden Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Mike James to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Mary Bell Sims.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Specific Use Permit on property located at 612 N.
3rd, legal description being Lot 2, Block 4S, Original Town.
There was some discussion concerning the zoning. The Board did rule that it would be
an addition to an existing building which would be the church.
Chairpenon Madden declared Public Hearing opened.
Richard Testa addressed the Board and provided plans for the addition to the building.
Brief discussion.
Chairpenon Madden declared Public Hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Specific Use Permit on property located at 612
N. 3rd, legal description being Lot 2, Block 4S, Original Town.
Motion was made by Charles Fenoglio to grant Specific Use Permit as presented.
Seconded by Mary Bell Sims.
Motion Carried unanimously.
