1. Chairperson Madden Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Glenn Shaw to Approve Minutes of April 25, 1996. Seconded by
Mary Bell Sims.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Preliminary Plat for Lakecrest Meadows located on
FM4SS.
Chairperson Madden declared Public Hearing opened.
No one spoke for or against.
Chairperson Madden declared Public Hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Preliminary Plat for Lakecrest Meadows located
on FM 455.
Discussed was the City's subdivision requirement concerning property platted within our
ETJ.
Discussion continued between Board Members and Kim Murphy regarding this issue.
Motion was made by Glen Shaw to Approve the Preliminary Plat for Lakecrest Meadows
subdivision subject to all county stipulations road conditions. Seconded by Mary Bell
Sims.
Motion Carried unanimously.
S. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Final Plat for Waco Addition, Lots 1-7 Being 6.26
Acres in the H. Tienvester Survey, Abstnct 1241.
