Meadows
1. Call Meeting to Order.
Chairperson Shaw Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Charles Fenoglio to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Mary Bell
Sims.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Final Plat for Lakecrest Meadow, Phase I,
being 14 lots on 25.355 acres in the R. Bebee Survey A-289, Denton County, Texas.
Chris Anderson addressed the board concerning the rmat stage of Lakecrest Meadows
plat. He advised the only changes to the plat was the location of the stock pond which
was on Lots 12 and 13, and now it is only on Lot 12.
Mr. Anderson indicated that other than this change there has been no changes from the
preliminary plat.
Motion was made by Charles Fenoglio to Approve Final Plat for Lakecrest Meadows
as presented. Seconded by Peggy Haskins.
Motion Carried unanimously.
4. Any Other Such Matters.
None.
