1. Chairperson Penoglio Called the Meeting to Order.
2 • Approve Minutes.
Motion was made to Approve Minutes by Mary Belle Sims. Seconded
by Richard Derryberry.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Preliminary and Pinal Replat
of property legally described as Pate Addition, Lots 1, 2, and
3, being 2.16 acres in the R. Bebee Survey Abstract No. 29
located on PM 455 between 10th and 8th Streets.
Chairperson Penoglio Declared Public Hearing Opened.
Larry Keesler spoke regarding Mr. Pate wanting to subdivide his
piece of property in order to sell a portion of it.
Mr. Pate also addressed the board stating the buyer plans to
tear down the quonset hut and take up the fence so that they can
put up a chicken restaurant.
Discussion regarding the zoning and the size of the facility.
Mr. Keesler advised they have no problem with the zoning or the
building.
No one spoke against.
Chairperson Penoglio Declared Public Hearing Closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Preliminary and Pinal
Replat of property legally described as Pate Addition, Lots 1,
2, and 3, being 2.16 acres in the R. Bebee Survey Abstract No.
29 located on PM 455 between 10th and 8th Streets.
Motion was made by Rick Carter to Approve Preliminary and Pinal
Replat of property legally described as Pate Addition, Lots 1,
2, and 3, being 2.16 acres in the R. Bebee Survey Abstract No.
29 located on PM 455 between 10th and 8th Streets. Seconded by
Mary Belle Sims.

5. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Preliminary and Pinal Replat
of property legally described as Abstract 1241A, Tracts 128 and
130, (now being Lot 1 & 2, Block A, Abstract 1241) being 2.218
acres located on I-35 east side by Maple and 10th Street.
Chairperson Fenoglio Declared Public Hearing Opened.
Larry Kees~er addressed the board regarding Ray Roberts Plaza
also wanting to replat in order to sell a portion of the
property. The property is zoned properly.
Mayor Coker spoke to the board advising that he had visited with
the property owner, and in his opinion, he felt that this would
be good for the city and hopes that they board would consider
it.
No one spoke against.
Chairperson Fenoglio Declared Public. Hearing Closed.
6. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Preliminary and Pinal

128 and 130, (now being Lot 1 & 2, Block A, Abstract 1241) being

Motion was made by Richard Derryberry to Approve Preliminary and
Pinal Replat of property legally described as Abstract 1241A,
Tracts 128 and 130, (now being Lot 1 & 2, Block A, Abstract
1241) being 2.218 acres located on I-35 east side by Maple and
10th Street. Seconded by Rick Carter.
Motion Carried unanimously.
7. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Zoning Request Change
(Specific Use Permit) on property legally described as Original
Town Sanger, Block 38.
Chairperson Fenoglio Declared Public Hearing Opened.
Larry Keesler advised the Church of Christ was seeking a
Specific Use Permit to either construct a new post office or a
Church building. He stated that the post office had selected
their property and this was not the site selected. The Church
plans to build a new church, and then possibly tear down the old
one when the need for additional parking arises.
No one spoke against.

8. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Zoning Request Change
(Specific Use Permit) on property legally described as Original
Town Sanger, Block 38.
Motion was made by Rick Carter to Approve Zoning Request Change
(Specific Use Permit) on property legally described as Original
Town Sanger, Block 38. Seconded by Joe Palls.
Motion Carried unanimously.
9. Any Other Such Matters.
Mr. Keesler advised the board that he had resigned his position
from the City and wanted to let the P&Z members know that the
had enjoyed working with them.
10. Adjourned.
