Chairperson Fenoglio Called the Meeting to Order. 2. Approve Minutes. Motion was made by Joe Falls to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Richard Denybeny. Motion Carried unanimously. , 3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Preliminary/Final Replat for property legally described as 1.356 Acres out of the Reuben Bebee Survey, Abstract No. 29 located on Spur 138 (Old Hwy 77), now known as Lot 1, Block l, Eagle Farms Addition. Chairperson Fenoglio Declared Public Hearing Opened. City Secretary advised that the Board of Adjustment had granted a 5' variance prior to the Planning and Zoning Meeting, and the final stage was to approve the plats. Mr. Falls expressed a concern as to why the property needed a variance when it was just getting platted. Mr. Falls indicated that there was more land in that area that could have eliminated a variance request. There was some discussion regarding the water and sewer lines. Water/Wastewater Superintendent Eddie Branham addressed these issues. City Secretary advised that the property owners had met a few times with staff, including the Mayor, on the construction plans for the post office. Chairperson Fenoglio Declared the Public Hearing Closed. 4. Consider and Possible Action to Approve Preliminary/Final Replat for property legally described as 1.356 Acres out of the Reuben Bebee Survey, Abstract No. 29 located on Spur 138 (Old Hwy 77), now known as Lot 1, Block 1, Eagle Farms Addition. Motion was made by Rick Carter to approve Preliminary/Final Replat for property legally described as 1.356 Acres out of the Reuben Bebee Survey, Abstract No. 29.
