1. Charles Fenoglio Called Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes -April 1, 1999
Mary Belle Sum moved to approve minutes.
Ralph Cain seconded.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Zoning Change Request From AG to SF3 on
Property Legally Described as Abstract 1241-A Tierwester, Survey, Tract 208, being
2.348 Acres of land. This Property is Located off of Duck Creek Road.
Public Hearing opened.
Jeff McNeill, 804 N. Keaton Rd., addressed the board, he indicated he had a contract
on three (3) pieces of property in the area where he is requesting a zoning change. He
showed a layout of his intentions for the property, and indicated the area around this
piece of property is already zoned Single Family Three.
Discussion concerning size and location of property.
Discussion concerning his plans for the property.
Discussed drainage and width of street.
Polly Dwyer expressed concerns regarding the impact that this development would have
on Duck Creek Rd.
Polly Dwyer asked if they had considered having a place for children to play.
Jeff McNeill indicated there was an area where they could not build any permanent
structures, they may be able to put something there for children.
Discussion regarding whether Sanger or Co-Se"e will semce the area. Mr. McNeill
indicated they are talking with Co-Se"e, and since Sanger will semce most of the
area, they are requesting that Co-Se"e allow them to semce the whole development.
Public Hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Zoning Change Request From AG to SFJ
on Property Legally Described as Abstract 1241-A Tierwester, Su"ey, Tract 208, being
2.348 Acres of land. This Property is Located off of Duck Creek Road.
Joe Higp moved to accept this request.
Rick Carter seconded.
Motion Carried unanimously.
