1. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as printed.
2. Chairman Hollingsworth declared the public hearing open.
Ralph Cole spoke in favor of Petition Z-73 and on behalf
of Lucille Story presented her request for change in zoning
on Lots 2 and 3, Block 17, Original Town from LR(Local
Retail) to LB (Local Business).
No one spoke in oppositi9n to the request for change.
Motion was made by Fred Yeatts to approve the request for
change to Local Business. John Ande..,rson gave the second.
Voted Unan.
3. Chairman Hollingsworth declared the public hearing open on
zoning petition Z-74. Rickie Moore spoke in favor of the
petition. stating that he planned to construct a two story
rental unit on this property. All units would be two bed-
room, two bath, with off street parking and two spaces per
unit.
No one spoke in opposition to the request.
Motion was made by Tormny Kincaid to approve the request on
Lot 3, Block 28, Original Town to change the zoning from
R-1 (Single Family) to R-3 (Multi-Family). Eileen Brittian
gave the second. Voted Unan.
4. John Anderson made the motion to approve the preliminary
subdivision plat on Lot 1, Block 1, Powell Addition. Tormny
Kincaid gave the second. Voted unan.
S. Georgia Royal made the motion to approve the ~rel~minary_ .
subdivision plat on Lots 1, 2, & 3,Block 1, Sideline Addition
for Marland Knight. John Anderson gave the second. Voted unan.
6. Motion was made by John Anderson to approve the preliminary
subdivision plat on Lots 1 thru 12, of the Schafer Bros.
Addition. Fred Yeatts gave the second. Voted unan.

7. John Springer spoke in favor of the variance request he
submitted on Lot 1, Block 5, Original Town. He wants to
build a house ori the undersized lot.

Motion was made by Tommy Kincaid to recommend that council
approve the variance. Fred Yeatts gave the second. Voted
unan.
8. With no other business to come before the commissioners
Tommy Kincaid made the motion to adjourn the meeting.
Georgia Royal gave the second .. Voted unan.
