1. Chairman Hollingsworth called the meeting to order. The minutes
of the previous meeting were approved as printed.
2. The preliminary plat of Choctaw Ridge, AB.103 Phiney S. Black
Survey for Don Rolson was discussed. Anderson made the motion
and Kincaid gave the second to recommend approval to council.
Voted unan.
3. The Preliminary Plat of Snider Estates, AB.1241, H. Tierwester
Survey for Craig Snider was presented by Raul Pena, Engineer
with Everage, Smith, Farrington &,Associates, Inc. Motion was
made by Brittian to recommend acceptance of the proposed plat
to council and to recommend the request for variance as stated_
in Note #7 on the plat be denied; that a 10' utility easement
be increased to 15'; and an easement be included betw~en Lot 1
and Lot 27 of Block 2. Kincaid gave the second. Voting for
were Yeatts, Enlow, Brittian, and Kincaid. Voting against were
Hollingsworth and Anderson. Motion carried.
Brittian made the motion to adjourn and Yeatts gave the second.
Voted unan.
