1. Chairperson Billye Hollingsworth called the meeting to order.
2. The minutes of the September 10, 1985 meeting were approved
with one correction. The following to be added: Members
Absent: Eileen Brittian.
3. Planning and Zoning Commissioners consider the preliminary
subdivision plat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, White Addition
for Judy Hassel and Ronny Jones. Commissioners discussed
the variance noted on the plat but also called attention to
the undersized lot (Lot 1). Discussion.
Motion was made by Fred Yeatts to approve the preliminary plat
with the addition of the undersized lot variance stated on the
plat. Eileen Brittian gave the second. Voted unan.
4. With no other matters to come before Commissioners, Georgia
Royal made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Eileen Brittian
gave the second. Voted unan. ·
