PRESENT: Rose Shuffield, Steve Shutt, Lee Lawrence,
K. Burdick, William B. Bell, and Shirlene Wright
1. Chairperson Billye Hollingsworth called the meeting to order.
2. Mr. William B. Bell had requested a zoning change from
Rl (Single Family) to R3 (Multi-Family), but City Council
informed him that he could not request both either one or
the other.
Mr. Bell is proposing to put apartments in that area.
Keith Burdick whose property is in that area stated that
the traffic problem in that area is already a problem
and adding a multi-family just adds a higher density
in that area.
Shirlene Wright was also in opposition to multi-family
zoning.
Discussion continued to follow with Mr. Bell stating
his reasons for his proposal for the multi-family zoning
change.
Keller asked if the sewer lift station could
increase of at least 70 unitsn.o. ~~5

Discussion continued to follow, Kincaid made

Mr. Bell was advised that if the request could possibly
be put down as to what his intentions for that area
they might be more apt to making a decision.
Mr. Bell was advised that if he requested another re-
zoning, he would not have to pay the fee.
Tommy Kincaid made the motion to adjourn. Eileen Brittian
seconded the motion. Voted unan .
