Minutes: Planning and Zoning Committee Meeting·
Date: June 6, 1978
Present: Hollingsworth, Bounds, Snellgrove and Frazier
Absent: Jenkins, Lovell and Armstrong
Others Present: City Manager and Ron Adkins
1. The meeting was called to order. ,. .

2. Snellgrove made a motion to approve the minutes as read and
Bounds seconded the moti~n. Voting was unan.
3. A request was made by Jones & Adkins to have a six foot set
back on the north property line on Lot 3, Block 8, Hampton
Addition. Frazier made the motion to approve the request
and Bounds ~econded the motion. Voting unan.
4. Meeting adjoQrned at 7:50 p.m.
