Shelley Ruland called Meeting to Order. 2. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request Concerning Setbacks on Property Legally Described as Lot 7, Block 1 of Sable Creek Addition. Property is Located at 97 N. Highland Drive. Acting Chairperson Ruland Opened Public Hearing. Public Hearing Closed. 3. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request Concerning Setbacks on Property Legally Described as Lot 7, Block 1 of Sable Creek Addition. Property is Located at 97 N. Highland Drive. Discussion about house and lot size. Motion was made by Joe Falls to accept the three foot variance. Seconded by Tracy Murphree. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request Concerning Setbacks for Carport on Property Legally Described as Abstract 1241, Tract 189 (Including Hampton Addition Block 4 (SE25'). Property is located at 507 S. 7th Street. 5. Acting Chairperson Ruland Opened Public Hearing. Public Hearing Closed. Consider and Possible Action to Consider a Variance Request Concerning Setbacks for Carport on Property Legally Described as Abstract 1241, Tract 189 (Including Hampton Addition Block 4 (SE25'). Property is located at 507 S. ,ih Street. Motion was made by Byron Moore to approve the carport with the exceptions that the carport not be closed in and not be in the public right of way. Seconded by Joe Falls. Motion carried unanimously. 6. Meeting Adjourned. Approved
