1. Polly Dwyer called Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes: September 22, 2005
Motion was made by Polly Dwyer to approve minutes as presented. Motion carried
unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request Concerning Setback
Regulations on the side yards, and the rear yard and the parking regulations on
property legally described as Sullivan North, Block 4, Lot IR. Property is Located at
709 Chapman Drive.
Mr. Springer addressed the Board and indicated that he was to have an Architect and
Engineer to address this Board; however they could not attend the meeting.
Mr. Springer continued with a lengthy discussion concerning his Variance Request for
an East setback on 8th Street for 25' to 20' and a West side yard setback for 10' to 2.5'
The Northwest corner of the building will be positioned on the rear yard Setback line
which the North wall will project approximately 6' over the rear setback. The required
parking is 21 spaces. The maximum number of parking spaces is 13. Additional spaces
can be provided in the rear yard. The proposed use is for a Pharmacy with a drive-up
window. The total number of parking spaces assuming the drive-in-lane will
accommodate two additional cars will be 17.
Polly Dwyer closed the Public Hearing.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request Concerning Setback

709 Chapman Drive.
Lengthy Discussion concerning traffic on 455 and the parking spaces.

Mr. Falls expressed a concern concerning widening of 455 in regards to TXDOT.
Motion was made by Byron Moore to approve Variance Request Concerning Setback
Regulations on the side yards, and the rear yard and the parking regulations on
property legally described as Sullivan North, Block 4, Lot lR. Property is located at
709 Chapman Drive. Seconded by Mark McNeal.
Motion carried unanimously.
