Shelley Ruland Called Meeting to Order. 2. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on Property Legally Described as a portion of Abstract 29 Lots 61, 62 and 65A. Property is Located between Indian Lane and Sable Creek Subdivision. Variance is to Allow a forty-five (45) foot high building in an Agriculture Zoning District. Public Hearing Opened. No Discussion. Public Hearing Closed. 3. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request on Property Legally Described as a portion of Abstract 29 Lots 61, 62 and 65A. Property is Located between Indian Lane and Sable Creek Subdivision. Variance is to Allow a forty-five (45) foot high building in an Agriculture Zoning District. City Manager indicated this is for a new elementary school. The ordinance has a maximum height of 30 feet in AG zoning and the school would like to build it 45 feet tall Bobbye Robison moved to approve the variance request as presented. James Adams seconded. Motion carried unanimously. 4. Meeting Adjourned. Approved
