Polly Dwyer moved to approve the minutes as presented. Tracy Murphree seconded.
Motion carried unanimously.

4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request Concerning Rear Setbacks

Located at 46 N, Highland Dr.
Polly Dwyer moved to approve the variance request on the rear setbacks. Carroll
McNeill seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
