1. Polly Dwyer Called Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes: December 6, 2007
Tracy Murphree moved to approve the minutes as presented. Dorcyle McClure
seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearin~ to Consider a Variance Request Concernin2 Setbacks on
Property Le~ally Described as Sable Creek Addition, Phase 2, Block Q, Lot 25. Property
is Located at 21 Bluebird Lane.
Public Hearing Opened.
Nick Neyrey, 56 Heron Dr., indicated he was the builder and his client was an elderly
woman who wished to have a garage built for her motor home. The house bas been cut
down as much as possible, and he still needs the variance. Discussed the cost and square
footage of the home.
Public Hearing Closed.
