1. Call Meeting to Order
Chairperson Sullivan opened the floor for discussion.
2. Minutes
Not presented at this time.
3. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request for 1803
Melinda Myrl, Lot 4, Block 1, Bourland Addition -Gene Hughes
No action.
The meeting did not have a quorum present: however, the members
present were asked to give their concensus regarding a variance
request for 1803 Melinda Myrl, Lot 4, Block 1, Bourland Addition for
Gene Hughes.
City Manager ~amilton presented staff's recommendation for approval
of this request for duplexes.
Brief discussion. Upon receiving members present concensus
regarding this request, the following vote regarding this request Mr.
Weatherall -no, Francile Sullivan-yes, and Mr. Fain-neither yes nor no.
City Manager stated he would check with the City Attorney to see what
action would need to be taken regarding this request
It was noted that the Board of Adjustment has a meeting scheduled for
December 19th
