1. Chairperson Fred Yeatts called the meeting to order. Minutes
approved as printed.
2. Conduct Public Hearing for Variance Request for Lot 2, Block 11,
Hampton Addition (922 Wood Street)
Chairperson Fred Yeatts opened Public Hearing to the public.
City Manager Hamilton spoke briefty on this issue.
No one else spoke for or against.
Chairperson Fred Yeatts closed the Public Hearing.
3. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Public Hearing for Variance
Request (922 Wood Street)
Motion was made by Member Betty Jenkins to approve variance
request for Lot 2, Block 11, Hampton Addition (922 Wood Street).
Seconded by Member Royce Fain. Motion canied with:
