City Secretary Rosalie Chavez. Electric Superintendent
Larry Yoast. Bret Stroope, Betty Bittle, Charles Bittle, Sr.,
Ralph Amyx, and L. Stroope
1. Chairperson Fred Yeatts called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes: Betty Jenkins made the motion to approve the
minutes. Seconded by Ben Weatherall. Motion carried
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Variance Request for Hughes
Addition, Block 4, Lot 3 (Corner of Bolivar Street and Acker Street)·
Chairperson Fred Yeatts declared the Public Hearing open
Mr. Stroope addressed the Boardmembers to clarify some issues that
some members might be concerned about.
He did stress to the Board that the customers would only be dropping
off deer for processing. He also assured the members that the only
smell that would be coming out of their building would be from the
smokehouse, which will smell like hickory and the smoke will be
minimum.
Discussion.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Variance Request for Hughes
Addition, Block 4, Lot 3 (Corner of Bolivar Street and Acker Street)
Motion was made by Allen Sweeney to approve variance request for
Hughes Addition, Block 4, Lot 3 (comer of Bolivar Street and Acker
Street). Seconded by Francile Sullivan. Motion carried

Ben Weatherall made the motion to adjourn. Seconded by Allen
Sweeney. Motion carried.
