1. Chairperson Betty Jenkins called the meeting to order.
2. Approve Minutes -Motion was made by Ben Weatherall to approve
minutes as printed Seconded by Allen Sweeney. Motion carried
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider Variance Request for Northgate
Addition, Block 2, Lot 7, (916 N. 8th Street)
Chairperson Jenkins declared the Public Hearing open.

Chairperson Jenkins declared the Public Hearing closed
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding Variance Request for
Northgate Addition, Block 2, Lot 7, (916 N. 8th Street)
Motion was made by Francile Sullivan to grant a variance from the
25 ft. front setback to 8 ~ in order to construct a carport for the
owner at 916 N. 8th Street Seconded by Allen Sweeney. Motion
carried.
5. Any Other Such Matters -None
6. Adjournment -Motion was made by Allen Sweeney and seconded by
Ben Weatherall to adjourn meeting. Motion carried.
