1. Chairperson Fred Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on property located at 612 N.
3rd, legal description being Lot 2, Block 45, Original Town.

Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing opened.
Richard Testa, who was requesting the variance for the Lady of Fatima church
provided the board with plans on the expansion to their existing church building.
There were issues discussed concerning easements and the setback variances. Mr.
Weatherall indicated that the church actually needed setback variances on both pieces
of property.
Mr. Weatherall did express concern as to whether property owners had been officially
notified if it involved the second lot.
City Secretary Rosalie Chavez indicated that when Mr. Testa requested the variance
it was impled he needed the variance on Lot 2. There could have been some
misunderstanding concerning the request, however, the church does own the property,
which is the entire Block.
Discussion continued.
Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing closed.
Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request on property located at 612
N. 3rd, legal description being Lot 2, Block 45, Original Town.
Motion was made by Allen Sweeney to grant Variance Request on property located at
612 N. 3rd, Block 45, Original Town. Seconded by Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
