1. Chairperson Fred Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Minutes Approved as printed.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on property located at 208
Walnut, legal description being Block 12, (100 Ft ofW 61 Ft) in the Hampton Addition.
Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing opened.
Brief discussion.
No one spoke for or against.
Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request on property located at 208
Walnut, legal description being Block 12, (100 Ft ofW 61 Ft) in the Hampton Addition.
Motion was made by Allen Sweeney to grant the Variance Request. Seconded by
Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
