1. Chairperson Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Andy Garza to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Allen Sweeney.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on property located at 110
Freese Dr., legally described as Block A, Lot 19, Bucklew-Freese Addition.
Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing Opened.
No one spoke for or against this request. Property owner was not present.
Discussion.
Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing Closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request on property located at 110
Freese Dr., legally described as Block A, Lot 19, Bucklew-Freese Addition.
Motion was made by Russell Madden to Disapprove the Variance Request on property
located at 110 Freese Dr. Seconded by Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
5. Any Other Such Matters.
None
6. Adjournment.
Motion was made by Allen Sweeney to adjourn. Seconded by Francile Sullivan. Motion
Carried unanimously.
