1. Chairperson Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Francile Sullivan to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Allen
Sweeney.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on Block 19, Lot 308 in the
Hampton Addition. Property is located in the 600 block of Church Street.
Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing opened. A Variance Request was made
for set backs of 3' on each side, making set backs of 5' instead of 8'.
Mr. Bourland addressed this item and advised this was a single car garage house with
1,141 square feet of living area. Mr. Bourland advised the board that they had have
cleaned the alley.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request on Block 19, Lot 308 in
the Hampton Addition. Property is located in the 600 block of Church Street.
Motion was made by Francile Sullivan to Approve the Variance Request. Seconded by
Allen Sweeney.
Motion Carried unanimously.
5. Any Other Such Matters.
Motion was made by Allen Sweeney to Adjourn. Seconded by Bobbye Robison
Motion Carried unanimously.
