PRESENT: Chairperson Fred Yeatts, Francile Sullivan, Bobbye Robison, Russell Madden

1. Chairperson Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Bobbye Robison to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Francile
Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on Block 6, Lot 5 in the
Hampton Addition. Property is located on Church Street.

Chairperson Yeatts Declared Public Hearing Opened.
Mr. Scobee advised the board that this is a 1287 sq. ft. living area home with a two car
garage.
The Variance Request was for 6 feet in the rear yard with the proposed house being 42'
X 61'.
Discussed.
No one spoke for or against.
There was only one letter that came back opposing the request.
Chairperson Yeatts Declared the Public Hearing Closed.
Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request on Block 6, Lot 5 in the
Hampton Addition. Property is located on Church Street.
Motion was made by Bobbye Robison to Approve Variance Request. Seconded by
Francile Sullivan.
