Sanger, Block 41, Lot 4, (E 47' of S 108'), known as 101 Willow Seagraves, SF-3, Hampton Addition, Block 4, (E 113' ofN 110'), S. 7th Street Chairperson Yeatts declared the Public Hearing opened. City Secretary advised that the hearing was for two variances. A variance on the garage and a set back variance on two properties, Shuffield and Hauler. City Secretary advised there is a problem with the Shuffield's property due to the deed records indicating property is 75' x 100' and the appraisal records indicated lost size of 50' x 100'. The setback variance might not be needed if the property is indeed 75' x 100'. Shad Wickstrom from Governmental Service Agency addressed the board and proceeded to explain the reason for the variance request on the garage. Mr. Wickstrom did advise that all the properties needed a variance. The grant funds on the homes would not cover the expense of building the garage; however, if the variance was not granted then the property owner would have to pay for that expense. Discussed also was the material used for constructions of and the energy efficiency of these types of homes. I Chairperson Yeatts declared the Public Hearing closed. 4.
