1. Chairperson Fred Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Russell Madden to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Andy Gana.
Motion Carried.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Setback Variance Request of 5' 10" on property located
at 2024 Benjiman, legally described as Block 1, Lot 15, Snider Estate.
Chairperson Yeatts Declared Public Hearing Opened.
Discussion.
Chairperson Yeatts Declared Public Hearing Closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Setback Variance Request of 5' 10" on property
located at 2024 Benjiman, legally described as Block 1, Lot 15, Snider Estate.
Motion was made by Russell Madden to Approve Setback Variance Request on Block 1, Lot
15, Snider Estates, known as 2024 Benjiman. Seconded by Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried.
5. Any Other Such Matters.
