1. Chairperson Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Russell Madden to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on Parking Requirements on
property located at Spur 138 and Interstate 35, legally described as Abstract 1241A
Tierwester, Tract 222, Acres 5.929.

Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing Opened.
The issues discussed were drainage, dust and parking. The residents who lived in the area
were confused on the site location due to that map that had been provided was not accurate.
Mr. Elmore indicated that the reason he is proposing the parking area with part gravel is to
keep his cost down and invest more in the restaurant itself. Mr. Elmore presented a better site
map of the building.
Lengthy discussion followed.
Chairperson Yeatts declared Public Hearing Closed.
Consider and Possible Action Regarding a Variance Request on Parking Requirements on
property located at Spur 138 and Interstate 35, legally described as Abstract 124 lA
Tierwester, Tract 222, Acres 5.929.
Motion was made by Russell Madden that the Variance Request for property legally described
as Abstract 1241 A Tierwester, Tract 222, 5.929 Acres be Approved. Seconded by Andy Gana

Bobbye Robison refrained from voting due to Conflict of Interest.
Motion Carried with one abstaining vote.

Motion was made by Russell Madden to Adjourn. Seconded by Ben Weatherall.
Motion Carried unanimously.
