1. Chairperson Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Russell Madden to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a 3' Setback Variance Request on property legally
described as Tract Two, Abstract 1241, Henry Tierwester Survey, consisting of 0.173 acres
located on Oak Street.
Chairperson Yeatts Declared Public Hearing Opened.
Burl Bourland addressed the board in regards to this request.
There was no one present in opposition.
Chairperson Yeatts Declared Public Hearing Closed.
4. Consider and Possible Action Regarding a 3' Setback Variance Request on property legally
described as Tract Two, Abstract 1241, Henry Tierwester Survey, consisting of 0.173 acres
located on Oak Street.
Motion was made by Russell Madden to Approve the 3' Setback Variance Request. Seconded
by Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
5. Any Other Such Matters.
None.
6. Adjournment.
Motion was made by Russell Madden to Adjourn. Seconded by Francile Sullivan.
Motion Carried unanimously.
