PRESENT: City Secretary Rosalie Chavez, Water/Wastewater Superintendent Eddie

1. Chairperson Yeatts Called the Meeting to Order.
2. Approve Minutes.
Motion was made by Ben Weatherall to Approve Minutes. Seconded by Russell
Madden.
Motion Carried unanimously.
3. Conduct Public Hearing to Consider a Variance Request on Rear Property Setbacks
for property legally described as 1.356 Acres out of the Reuben Bebee Survey, Abstract
No. 29 located on Spur 138 (Old Hwy 77), now known as Lot 1, Block 1, Eagle Farms
Addition.

Chairperson Yeatts Declared Public Hearing Opened.
No one spoke for or against.
City Secretary explained to the board the request was for a 5' setback variance. City
Secretary did advise that the property owner has met with staff on the construction and
basically everything is pending on them getting the variance approved, and their plats
approved by P&Z and Council to begin construction.
Chairperson Yeatts Declared Public Hearing Closed.
Consider and Possible Action to Approve Variance Request on Rear Property Setbacks

Motion was made by Russell Madden to Approve Variance Request. Seconded by Ben
Weatherall.
